Welcome to AIPostMaster. This application is provided by an individual developer based in France. By using our application, you agree to be bound by these terms of use.

"Application" refers to AIPostMaster "Service" refers to the social media content generation features "User" refers to any person using the Application

The Application offers two access levels: • Free version: access to the application and viewing of generated content • Premium version (monthly subscription): ability to generate up to 50 posts per month, with a limit of 1000 words per post

Content generated through the Application is the exclusive property of the User who generated it. Users are free to use it for personal or commercial purposes.

• Premium subscription is billed monthly • Renewal is automatic • Cancellation can be done at any time through your App Store/Play Store account settings • No refunds are available for started periods

• Minimum required age: 13 years • Service intended primarily for professional social networks • Prohibition of using the Service to generate illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of: • Violation of these terms • Fraudulent or abusive use • Non-payment of subscription fees

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): • Your personal data is processed in a limited way as detailed in our Privacy Policy • Generated content is automatically deleted after 90 days • You can exercise your rights (access, deletion, portability) by following the procedure described in our data deletion page • No personal data is shared with the LLM service during content generation

AIPostMaster: • Does not guarantee continuous service availability • Is not responsible for how users use generated content • Reserves the right to perform maintenance or updates that may temporarily interrupt the service • Cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service

These terms may be modified at any time: • Users will be informed of substantial changes by email • The last update date will be updated at the top of this page • Continued use of the application after modification of terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms • If you disagree with the new terms, you must stop using the service and may request account deletion
