How to Delete Your Data

Automated Method

Manual Method

Follow these steps to delete your data manually:

• Step 1: Log in to your email
• Step 2: Create a new mail with recipient "meetscribe@codecrafter.fr"
• Step 3: Set email title to "Data deletion request MeetScribe"

Within the Application

You can also delete your account and associated data directly from the application:

• Step 1: Navigate to "More" tab in the app
• Step 2: Select "Manage Account"
• Step 3: Tap on "Delete Account" and confirm your choice

Data Retention

Please note that all your audio files are automatically deleted after 90 days, transcription and analysis are kept for 365 days. If you need to delete specific recordings before that period, you can do so directly in the "Recordings" section of the app.
